Six weeks, a clear brief and plenty of details to bring together.

Project Khushi was designed around the everyday needs of a young business — a private cabin, workstations for a team of six, practical storage and a workspace that felt fresh and inviting.

From custom carpentry and carefully planned cabinetry to the installation of glass partitions, each element was considered to make the office work efficiently.

The design comes together through a play of textures and contrasts, with warm wood, black-framed glass, quirky wallpaper and Jaipur rugs adding layers of character to the space.

Working within a conscious budget for a rented office meant making every decision count. The result is a workspace tailored to its people, purpose and possibilities.

Every transformation begins with a brief. This one called for a workspace that was functional, contemporary and full of personality. 🫶🏼

Project Khushi brings together warm wood finishes, contrasting textures, black-framed glass partitions and playful wallpaper to create a workspace that feels anything but ordinary.

The Jaipur rugs add warmth and colour, softening the clean lines of the cabinetry and glass. Every element was customised to suit the client’s requirements, with a focus on making the most of the available space without overspending.

Completed in just six weeks, this transformation is all about balancing practicality with thoughtful design.

Introducing Project Khushi: a workspace designed for a young entrepreneur building her business in Mumbai.

The brief was to create an office that felt fresh, contemporary and full of character, while accommodating a private cabin, a team of six and all the practicalities of a growing business.

Warm wood tones, contrasting textures, black-framed glass partitions and thoughtfully curated details come together to create a space that feels both professional and personal. The playful wallpaper adds a touch of quirkiness, reflecting the youthful energy of the founder, while the Jaipur rugs bring warmth and colour into the space.

Designed around the client’s needs and completed in just six weeks, Project Khushi is a reminder that good design is as much about thoughtful decisions as it is about aesthetics. 🤍

• 4-5+ years of residential interior design experience
• Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory)
• Experience with technical drawings & site coordination
• Knowledge of materials, finishes & construction details
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• ⁠Ability to create beautiful Canva mood boards & presentations
• SketchUp, Photoshop or 3D software knowledge is a plus
