Who's ready for some fresh recipes with microgreens? Introducing vitalgreen's new short series "micro munchies" What's on today's menu?
Sprouted chana salad-
1. 1 cup chopped cucumbers
2. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
3. 2 cups boiled sprouted chana
4. Juice of lemon
5. Salt and pepper
6. 1/2 cup paneer
7. 1/2 cup sunflower Microgreens
Add the following to a bowl and mix!
Your quick and delicious sprouted chana salad is ready!
