The living room was designed to feel relaxed and understated, suited to a home that is enjoyed for only a few months of the year. Soft upholstery, layered textures, and warm neutrals give the space a quiet sense of comfort, while the seating is positioned to make the most of the water views.

Darker wood and metal accents bring depth to the lighter palette, balanced by the lightness of the glass coffee table. The overall approach was to create a space that feels considered and inviting, without being precious or demanding to maintain.
