De.Tales is a Milan-based international architecture and design studio.

De.Tales is the Milan-based international architecture and design studio founded in 2020 by Igor Rebosio and Giuseppe Varsavia. Interdisciplinary practice with a consolidated know-how in different areas of the industry, and important assignments in the hospitality and luxury residential sectors, De.Tales features a design marked by the purity of lines and a significant functional eclecticism, combined with consistency and elegance of proportions. The studio interprets each project by writing a tailored Design Tale to the client, starting from the idea that there is always a story to tell behind the concept, and that details always matter.

The winning project of the second edition of Cantori Design Challenge, entitled “Presence” by Studio De.Tales, stems from the combination of the exploratory spirit of the Yacht Flexplorer 146 and the ability of Pink Floyd to transform the format into an experience. The concept translates this research into a fluid, reconfigurable and immersive space, where technology, light and furnishings continuously modify the perception and use of the spaces. Rotating platforms, integrated systems and hidden solutions make the yacht a responsive organism, capable of adapting to its inhabitants.
In “Presence”, the experience becomes the true focus of the project.

Yesterday marked the closing of La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde for the 83rd Venice International Film Festival.
It was an honour to take part in this initiative as designers of the project, contributing to a space where architecture, design and hospitality come together.
The project further reinforces De.Tales’ approach to high-end hospitality design: interpreting the context, enhancing its identity and translating it into contemporary spaces where architecture, design and experience come together to create meaningful relationships, lasting emotions and enduring memories.

The sequence of arches, loggias and geometric motifs at the Hotel Excelsior creates a carefully balanced composition in which ornament is never decorative for its own sake, but instead expresses a precise architectural order that defines the building's character and identity. , reinterprets this celebrated setting through a contemporary design vision in which volumes, materials and light enhance the site's architectural heritage while reaffirming its original experiential vocation.

“Rather than replicating the Hotel Excelsior’s decorative language, we reinterpreted its compositional principles, translating them into a contemporary system of volumes, surfaces and light that engages with the context while preserving its identity.”

On the occasion of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, collaborates with on the design of La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde, a new destination set within the historic terrace of the Hotel Excelsior on the Venice Lido, one of the Festival's most iconic venues.

Hidden yet iconic. Timeless yet contemporary. W Residences Sardinia – Poltu Quatu introduces an elevated vision of coastal residential life: more than a collection of homes, the project embodies a new way of living where architecture, hospitality, community and landscape come together.
Living areas are open, fluid and luminous, designed to maximize natural light and continuity with outdoors, the kitchens are conceived as sculptural yet highly functional spaces, defined by monolithic islands, integrated cabinetry and refined detailing. Bedrooms, in turn, evoke the intimacy of boutique hospitality, combining comfort with style.

The interior design continues this dialogue through a warm contemporary coastal aesthetic, conceived to feel serene, sophisticated and deeply connected to their surroundings through texture, color and the seamless interplay between interior and exterior living.
Inspired by the tones of the island, the palette moves through soft sand, limestone, sun-bleached wood, warm taupe, sea greens and mineral blues, creating an atmosphere that is calm yet vibrant.
