New rooms coming….final steps! In a country villa we have made two suites in the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, with access from the garden. New bathroom, new electrical and thermal systems, new floors project

Final touches are being made to the renovation of a farmhouse into a luxury agritourism property. The renovation involved the complete overhaul of all electrical, plumbing and heating systems, a change to the layout, and new flooring and wall coverings; the bathrooms have been completely refurbished.
In addition, we complemented the renovation with our interior design services, which guided the selection of lighting and furnishings, and designed and crafted bespoke furniture. A lovely touch: the old, small and cramped bathrooms have been transformed into two rooms, each featuring a bath with views of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse’s communal areas have been converted into the reception and bar of the new agritourism property.
