ADAT is an Architecture & Design Multidisciplinary Office based in Rome

ADAT is a multidisciplinary office focused on Integrated Design, from large-scale planning to interactive furniture and devices. With a vast network of employees, collaborators and consultants, the office develops projects from early concept to on site-supervision, always maintaining a rigorous approach oriented to a visionary concreteness. We work with governments, municipalities, academics, corporations and private clients in Asia, the Americas and Europe, investigating new forms of urban and rural living with a flexible and curious attitude, without any preconceptions or absolute solutions. The client, the site and the community always have specific needs that become concrete actions thanks to our mediation. For this reason, our process is always case-specific and tailored to the peculiarities of the challenge, solving complexity and opening up to new visions.

Svetice Sports and Recreation Centre
The park as the starting point.

Between Maksimir Park, the surrounding neighborhoods, and the Borongaj transit hub, our masterplan reconnects a fragmented sports district.

A continuous green spine extends the park southward, linking the stadium, athletics facilities, indoor arenas, and training grounds. Pedestrian and cycling routes run through planted squares, gardens, and shaded spaces for gathering.

Landscape gives the district its structure. Each venue opens onto a shared public realm, designed for daily walks, informal sport, and the arrival of matchday crowds.
