In 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 manufacturing, accuracy is everything: fabric slats must drop and hang perfectly, and welding must be invisible. Every technical fabric—whether it’s a screen, blackout, or light-filtering fabric—reacts differently to heat 🔥

That’s why we leave nothing to chance: before delivering our vertical blind machines, we carry out rigorous tests using our 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀.

By custom-calibrating 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, and 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 parameters, we guarantee:

✅ Flawless top and bottom pockets

✅ Zero wrinkles or burns, perfectly preserving the aesthetics of the blind.
