We’re Hiring | Bathroom Design Consultant
The Design Studio is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bathroom Design Consultant to join our luxury showroom team.
If you excel at building customer relationships, understanding individual needs and delivering a first-class service from the initial consultation through to project completion, we’d love to hear from you. A passion for design and creating beautiful bathrooms is essential.
The role includes:
- Processing showroom sales, handling leads, delivering presentations and selling a wide range of products
- Overseeing projects from start to finish, including site surveys, design, quotations and ordering
- Engaging with customers face-to-face, via email and over the telephone in a professional manner
- Ordering stock and resolving remedial issues or damaged items
About you:
- At least one year of design experience within the KBB industry
- Exceptional customer service skills and a strong personal approach
- IT literate, with experience in MS Office and design software, ideally Virtual Worlds
- Team-oriented, reliable and hard-working
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
