* نسبة الروف لا تتجاوز 50% من مساحة الطابق المنشأ عليه.
* يقع في منتصف سطح الطابق مع مراعاة الارتدادات النظامية.
* لا يتجاوز ارتفاع أعلى نقطة 3.5 م من بلاط الروف

هل موقف السيارة في مخططك مطابق للنظام؟

الكثير من المخططات تحتاج إلى تعديل بسبب عدم مراعاة أبعاد المواقف أو عرض الممرات.

في نظام الأبنية الأردني:
✔️ أبعاد موقف السيارة القياسي 5.25 × 2.50 م.
✔️ الارتفاع الصافي لا يقل عن 2.25 م.
✔️ يختلف عرض الممر حسب زاوية الاصطفاف، ويصل إلى 6 م عند الاصطفاف بزاوية 90°.

التخطيط الصحيح للمواقف يرفع كفاءة المشروع، ويسهل الحركة، ويضمن الحصول على الموافقات النظامية

ضمن أعمالنا الإشرافية والهندسية في شقة ناصرالدين – أم أذينة، تم تنفيذ ربط الطابق الأخير مع الروف من خلال فتح العقدة (فتحة الدرج) وفق دراسة إنشائية دقيقة، مع مراعاة أعلى معايير السلامة وجودة التنفيذ.

يشمل العمل:
✔️ دراسة إنشائية قبل التنفيذ.
✔️ فتح العقدة وربط الطابق الأخير بالروف.
✔️ تدعيم العناصر الإنشائية حسب المخططات المعتمدة.
✔️ الإشراف على جميع مراحل التنفيذ لضمان سلامة المبنى والمحافظة على كفاءته الإنشائية.
