Tomorrow I’ll be presenting our Rue de Belval project in Esch-sur-Alzette at the DETAIL Modular Construction Congress in Munich.

A mixed-use timber building – apartments, offices and a childcare centre – with a very high degree of prefabrication. Façade, windows and services arrive on site already installed. Bathroom, technical unit and kitchen in one module, developed with .

Work in progress... 20-apartment residential building

We are delighted to share the progress of this residential project in Luxembourg: the construction of a residential building comprising 20 apartments of various sizes.
The structural work is progressing rapidly and the site is moving forward according to schedule. It is always a great satisfaction to see a project take shape step by step.
