We’ve been quiet on here, but site life hasn’t stopped for a single day. 📐✨

Behind every clean finish is a long trail of messy, unglamorous work. Raw joinery, laser lines, floor protection, and endless site check-ins.

Here is a look at how Muze @ PICC came together. Going from bare concrete and exposed wiring to a space that finally feels calm, warm, and complete.

Good design isn’t just about the final reveal—it’s about honoring every quiet step in between.

Thank you for being patient while we were off-grid. It feels good to be back.

Happy Malaysia Day.

Sixteen September marks the day Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak came together as one nation. Sixty-three years on, that same spirit, different backgrounds, one home, is something we see every day in the spaces we build.

From materials to memories, wishing everyone a meaningful Malaysia Day.

69 years of independence, built one home at a time.

MERDEKA MERDEKA

Freedom looks different for everyone. For some, it's a well-lit kitchen where the whole family gathers. For others, it's a quiet corner that finally feels like theirs. This Hari Merdeka, we're celebrating the small freedoms that make a house a home, and we're grateful for every family who's trusted us to help build that.

Here's to unity, heritage, and homes that carry both forward.
Selamat Hari Merdeka, Malaysia.

The best bedroom isn't the one with the most furniture. It's the one that lets you slow down.

A slim reading light replaces the traditional bedside lamp. The floating vanity keeps the floor visually open. Warm indirect lighting softens the room after sunset.

Every decision was made to reduce visual noise, so rest becomes the focus.

Sometimes, good design isn't about adding more.
It's about knowing what to leave out.

OPEN. WITHOUT THE NOISE.

Open-plan living isn't about removing walls. It's about creating a home where every space feels connected, yet every moment has its own place.

From the dining area to the living room and into the kitchen, a restrained palette of warm timber, soft whites and concealed storage brings quiet continuity throughout.

Natural light fills the space from end to end, while clean architectural lines allow the home to feel larger, calmer and effortlessly timeless.

A home designed to be lived in, not just looked at.

LIGHT. SPACE. STILLNESS.

Floor-to-ceiling windows pull daylight deep into the room, softened by full-height drapery that frames the view without demanding attention. A floating TV console keeps the wall visually light, while warm timber flooring grounds the space with quiet warmth.

Every element is intentionally restrained. Nothing excessive, nothing competing for attention. Just a living space designed to slow the pace of everyday life.

OPEN CALM & EFFORTLESS

A clean white kitchen stretches wall to wall, grounded by warm oak textures and softened by seamless lighting beneath every cabinet. The island quietly defines the space, becoming breakfast table, workspace, and gathering point all at once.

The concealed laundry sits behind frosted glass, keeping the everyday neatly out of sight. Every line is uninterrupted, every finish chosen to make the home feel brighter, lighter, and larger than its footprint.
