FROM CONVENTIONAL FACTORY TO A CONTEMPORARY CORPORATE LANDMARK

Located in Ipoh, this ambitious transformation for Polypart Sdn Bhd spans five expansive lots. What was once a conventional industrial factory is being reimagined by the Northmos Design Team into an international-standard corporate factory and office.

Defined by bold architectural lines, refined dark textures, full-height glazing, integrated linear lighting and curated landscaping, the new façade creates a prestigious corporate identity while maintaining the practicality of an industrial facility.
