Part 2: A Partnership Beyond the Signature.

A meaningful partnership is not defined by the moment a document is signed. It is built through the conversations, shared ideas and people who come together with a common direction.

Our evening with Stark Development was a reflection of that spirit. Beyond the formalities, there was time to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate the beginning of something we look forward to developing together.

With Gucini, our approach has always been shaped by a meeting of perspectives: Malaysian spaces, international design influences and an appreciation for the Italian way of thinking about beauty, detail and living.

Here’s to the conversations that started the evening, the partnership that brought us together, and what comes next.

Part 1: A New Chapter, Signed.

On 29 September, Gucini (Penang) Sdn Bhd and Stark Development Sdn Bhd came together at the Stark X-Perience Gallery for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new chapter in the collaboration between both parties.

The evening brought together the people behind the partnership, with speeches, the formal signing and the exchange of signed documents.

For Gucini, partnerships like this are about more than supplying products. They bring together the people shaping modern Malaysian spaces with a design perspective rooted in our Italian heritage.

We are pleased to take this next step with Stark Development, and look forward to what lies ahead.

There is a little more behind Gucini than the products you see.

Gucini Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company built around bathroom, kitchen and home living solutions, shaped by design, craftsmanship and the people behind the work.

Over the years, our journey has taken us through showrooms, homes, developments and projects across Malaysia, while our design story continues to carry an Italian influence through our Chief Brand & Strategy Officer, Gian Luca Meloda.

Today, our work brings together thoughtfully selected products, our own brands, and the experience of working alongside homeowners, designers, contractors, developers and project partners.

For those who have wondered what sits behind the Gucini name, we invite you to have a closer look.

There's rain, and then there's the Obsidian experience.

The GCJSP-SP5931MG 3-Way Shower Column from the Obsidian Series was built to make an everyday shower feel like something worth slowing down for. Smooth, balanced, and genuinely refreshing.

Each 0.6 mm nozzle is precision-engineered to release rounded droplets that feel soft on the skin while still holding steady, even coverage. No harsh spray, no uneven flow, just water that feels considered.

This is what happens when engineering meets comfort.
