Inside the Hapag-Lloyd office: a workspace designed around two distinct divisions, the National Team and the Area Team, each with their own private office suites, dedicated meeting rooms, and reception areas.

At the center, shared spaces like a modern café and a wellness suite (with a mother's room and sick bay) bring the teams together without blurring the structure each one needs.

Clean circulation routes, neutral palettes, and refined finishes reflect the precision and efficiency that define Hapag-Lloyd's global operations.

This is a workplace built for privacy and collaboration in equal measure, and it moves the same way the business does.

Behind every Micdee project is a team of people who think, plan, and problem-solve together.

This retreat gave the Project team the time to do that outside the usual rhythm of deadlines and site visits. They learned from one another, practiced new approaches, played games that brought out everyone's competitive side, and had honest conversations that do not always fit into a regular workday.
