BUILD FROM SCRATCH 🏗️ or BUY AN EXISTING PROPERTY 🏠 — which one makes more sense?

Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Building from scratch gives you more control over what you want, how you want it, and how your money is spent. With proper documentation like a Bill of Quantities (BOQ), you can understand and monitor the financial side of the project.

But what about buying an already-built property? 🤔

Would you live in a 4-bedroom semi-detached duplex with a penthouse or without the penthouse 🏠

Here’s a project I’m currently working on at Treasure Park & Garden Estate, City of David, Shimawa, Ogun State.

This is a 4-bedroom semi-detached duplex with a penthouse, and in this video I’m taking you through the project and explaining some of the construction details.
