For the next generation

Almost everything surrounding death is designed to last forever.
A curious design decision.

Our bodies are meant to return to nature.

We cut down trees.
Ship them across the world.
Treat them with chemicals.
Seal them beneath the ground.

There is another way.

We design coffins and urns made from mushrooms.
Grown in the Netherlands in just seven days.
Back to nature.
Nourishing the soil.

We are grateful to have already supported more than 3,500 families.

It is beginning to feel less like innovation,
and more like simple logic.

Perhaps it is time for our final act to no longer burden the earth,
but to contribute to it.

That is our mission

Let us enrich nature.

Even after death.

Gemma’s Mushroom Cocoon was hand-painted by her family using biodegradable paint. During the ceremony, family and friends added their handprints, turning the farewell into a deeply personal and shared moment of remembrance. The Cocoon became a loving tribute to Gemma.

We are grateful to the family for allowing us to share these images and inspire more humans towards a positive final footprint. 🕊️
