A few ghosts, a handful of spiders, some edible bats… and a kitchen full of Halloween mischief! 🦇🕷️

This time, Rezdôra traded traditional Italian cooking for something a little more wicked: a homemade Halloween buffet for a very special group of Little Monsters!

From spooky bites to the finishing touches, every detail was prepared with a little imagination and a lot of love.

BAD WEATHER. GOOD EXCUSE. EXTRA MARSALA!

The first autumn storm is here, and my Italian soul is demanding Zabaione!

Warm, silky, slightly boozy and absolutely irresistible.

This is what childhood winters taste like to me. And the best part? You probably have everything you need already!

Just 3 ingredients:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Marsala w**e

Whisk the egg yolk and sugar until doubled in volume, add the Marsala, then cook gently over a bain-marie, whisking until thick and creamy.

Grab a dry biscuit, dip it in and enjoy!

My Nonna’s Sunday Pasta… with a Little Shortcut!

A little taste of Emilia-Romagna and a recipe that brings back so many childhood memories.

Rosette al Forno were one of those comforting dishes my grandmother used to make often.

Traditionally, the pasta is handmade, but here’s a little secret: good-quality fresh pasta from the supermarket works beautifully too!

Filled with ham, plenty of cheese and Parmesan, then baked until golden and irresistible.

Because keeping Italian traditions alive doesn’t always mean spending hours in the kitchen.
