Has your Phalaenopsis finished blooming? Don't worry, its story isn't over yet.

✂️ Cut the flower spike just above the second or third node
☀️ Place your orchid in a bright spot, away from direct sunlight
💧 Continue your regular watering routine
🌿 Be patient, with the right care, a new flower spike may appear

A little care now can reward you with beautiful blooms again later on.

Those silvery roots growing outside the pot?

They're called aerial roots, and they're completely natural for orchids.
In the wild, they help the plant absorb moisture and nutrients from the air.

So don't be tempted to tuck them away. They're a sign that your orchid is doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Simply immerse the nursery pot in water for a few minutes, allow any excess water to drain away, and place it back in its decorative pot.
