𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐣𝐧 🌟

Martijn’s Qualily story started at just 15 years old as a student worker. Today, he is our Sales Manager and responsible for the sales of all Qualily locations and Delphinium.

💜 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲: 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 “Dalian is a stunning lily with an intense colour and large blooms. Its presentation is so strong that it practically sells itself in the shop.”

🧩 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛 𝐟𝐮𝐧? For Martijn, no two days are ever the same. “Every morning feels like getting a new puzzle in front of me. My day isn’t complete until all the pieces fall into place.” The variety and daily challenges are what make his work so enjoyable.

👏 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟? “I’m proud when everyone within my responsibility performs to the best of their ability and enjoys what they do. And of course, when all our products find a beautiful place in the market.”

🏃‍♂️ 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐲 When he’s not at work, Martijn enjoys running, playing football, and spending quality time with his family.

Every stem is carefully harvested by hand, ready to start its journey to our customers 🌸

A little behind-the-scenes look at where it all begins 🌿

Before a lily reaches our greenhouse, it all starts with the right bulbs 🌱

Recently, co-owner Ruud van der Hoeven and his son Twan visited several bulb growers in the Noordoostpolder to check on the development of the new crop. Despite the dry season, the bulbs are looking healthy and showing promising potential.

By carefully selecting and securing high-quality bulbs, we lay the foundation for the premium quality our customers have come to expect from Qualily 🌸
