The Fix Mansion

The Fix Mansion Renovation project "The Fix Mansion" is an ongoing and creative initiative to turn an outdated house into a lively plattform for happy living.

With a limited amount of budget we are going only for the best of quality in all areas of the house. Achieving this is the result of negotiation, lots of will and a fair amount of conviction. With electrical sockets & switches in spanish porcelain, moldings handcarved in belgium, beautiful spotlights from slovenian architects and many more, this home is slowly becoming a multicultural mecca for design. Each product is carefully handpicked among hundreds and thousands. We have also chosen our home to be on display. With our 5 big dubble windows facing the main street, we like to share our vision. HISTORY

The house it self was buildt in 1865, being one of the oldest houses in its area. Framework is built in timber, and the conctruction bare witness of a time when craftmanship had it´s pride. Considering its age, the house has very few ugly surprises. It´s built on two stories making a total of 220m2 + sellar. The house is located in the desirable part of Fredrikstad called Cicignon, Norway.
