These were some big trees!
Another fun day in the office for Reece and Pete sending out some fat tops!

Our client wanted this massive gum down with no clean up which was music to our ears, it’s not often that we get to skip the cleanup.

The lads had space to work with and boy did they use it. It’s rare for us to do the back cut from both sides using a 42” bar 🤯.

The lads did an awesome job safely sending some massive tops.

Traffic management is a big part of our work!
This day we had full, stop go traffic management operating (off camera) along this very busy road and the team was on form and as always got it done in no time.
This was definitely a fun job to be apart of.

Before & After
This Pin Oak was starting to out grow its space but our client wanted to keep the tree.
This was a prime candidate for a full reduction.
When reducing a tree its more then “taking the top out”
We aim to reduce the canopy while keeping the structual integrity of the tree.
Correct finishing cuts help reduce regrowth and allows the tree to seal over quicker.
While reducing the canopy it gives us an opportunity to shape the tree as needed and the before and after photos speak for them self.

If you have a tree that’s outgrown its space a reduction is a good option to have the best of both worlds!

Not often we come across Ash of this calibre! This is why we push for milling on our removals.
Watch the colour darken as the water reveals the grain, this effect helps show what colours pop in the wood when varnish is added to the end result.
Beautiful mate

Stump grinder before and after!
These roots made the whole lawn uneven and the roots had started to damage the section.
Our grinder made short work of the stump and roots so a new lawn could be laid and new trees planted.

Instead trying the hard way of trying to burn the stumps or spending 3 weekends trying to dig them out, and even killing the chainsaw chains through brute force… Just let us do the hard work for you 😎

Save your back and your weekend’s, give us a ☎️ 022 327 3580 for a free quote and advice.

🚨Split tree removal🚨
The team got called to check out this split multileaded tree and after seeing it the team dropped tools and got there asap to make it safe.

This tree was located in a back yard where 3 young kids would play.
If this tree was left it would have fallen to bits in the spring winds.

This is a reminder to get the professionals in to check your trees after strong winds and it also highlights the importance of pruning while trees are young, this could have been avoided with a single handsaw cut when it was a sapling.

If you are unsure about your trees call us today for your free quote ☎️ 027 327 3580, in touch within 24 hours.

It’s not often that we get to max out the 60” bar on the mill!

This douglas fir log was so big we had to cut the sides off just so it could fit in the mill. 🪵

This log was far too good to be cut into firewood and Seth already has some ideas on what to make with the slabs… watch this space 👀😉

Got to love a new toy to put to work!

It’s a nice upgrade from the husky!
