🔨 Kitchen floor tiling – like working through a maze!

Standard-sized tiles, but definitely not a standard tiling job!

With the kitchen cabinets already installed, almost every tile needed careful measuring and cutting to fit around the existing layout. It felt a bit like working through a maze! 🧩

Plenty of tricky cuts, patience and attention to detail went into achieving this clean, seamless finish.

Small tiles. Big impact. ✨

A fresh finish for both the kitchen and laundry splashbacks, using mosaic tiles to bring texture and character to the spaces.

With mosaics, the beauty is in the detail. Careful setting out and clean, consistent lines make all the difference to the final result.

Beautiful tiling can make a real difference to a home. ✨

We’re proud to have completed the kitchen splashback and bathroom tiling for this stunning property on Waiheke Island.

🌧️ Rain outside, sunshine inside. ☀️

A wet Auckland day didn't stop us from finishing this beautiful bathroom.

At first glance it looks like a simple subway tile job, but there was a lot of work behind the scenes. The window meant plenty of tricky cuts underneath, around the frame, and into every corner to keep the tile lines straight and even.

The extra time spent on those little details is what makes the finished bathroom look clean and seamless.

If you'd like to brighten up your bathroom too, give Cozy Tiling a call. We'd be happy to help.

Some people unwind by playing River Flows in You. Others find rhythm in laying hundreds of tiny tiles. Our tiler happens to enjoy both.

Playing the piano and installing tiles have more in common than you might think. Every note, every key and every tile takes patience, precision and attention to detail. Miss one, and the whole piece feels different.

Some bathrooms are hard to describe... let alone tile. 😅

Multiple angles. Different heights. Steps, nib walls, shower recesses, and countless cuts. Every tile has to line up perfectly for the whole space to look clean and seamless.

That's the kind of challenge we enjoy.

No matter how complex the layout, we take pride in turning it into a bathroom that's neat, balanced, and built to last.

Another project completed with care by Cozy Tiling.
