In Residence Ltd is dedicated to providing the world’s best tapware, bathroom accessories, towel warmers and bathroomware to discerning home owners and commercial projects. In Residence imports the luxurious Perrin & Rowe, Aqualisa, Hawthorn Hill and Acquello brands from England and Italy. We are a family owned business which promotes honesty, integrity and old fashioned service and values in every aspect of our business. We are personally involved in selecting products which we believe to be of exceptional design, quality and functionality. We are fastidious about which products we sell and if we would not have them in our own homes, we would not expect you to put them into yours. We work closely with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure that they select the right fittings to complement and enhance their projects. Our close relationship with our suppliers enables us to provide a bespoke service to our customers. Let us know what you need and we will do what we can to turn your dreams into reality. We offer peace of mind by guaranteeing the quality of our products and offering a high level of service before, during and after completion of the project. We provide a minimum five year warranty against any manufacturing defect. We only import products which are made to fit the local plumbing regulations and comply with tapware standards. This is our assurance to you that we are selling a product which you can rely upon and which your plumber can legally and happily install. In Residence Ltd is a member of the New Zealand Plumbing Distributors Association.
