We knowingly bought a leaky home five years ago, and her time is finally up!

We’ve maintained the home well over the years but now we’re dealing with ceilings cracking, wiring failing, swollen skirtings, and lots of leaks among other symptoms.

We’ve decided to subdivide and build two new homes in its place using our Jennian Homes Auckland North Knockdown & Rebuild service. If you’re interested in the details I’m sharing the journey in a Duplex Diary series, from the design decisions and dollars spent to council and consent.

We love our region for everything it offers – a great city leading out to coast and countryside, beaches and markets, growing communities, family life and a little more room to breathe. It’s an incredible place to call home.

We’re excited to bring together Jennian’s 40 years of building experience with our passion for design, helping people create homes that look great and work hard.

And SF Studio isn’t going anywhere, we’re continuing our interior design work while expanding our world into building homes too.
