Proud to see Azeem House recognized with a Commended Award for 'New Home over 300m²' at the 2026 ADNZ Auckland Architectural Design Awards.

Designed as a multi-generational retreat in Whitford, Auckland, this home blends everyday living with a calm, resort-like feel. Congratulations to our clients, Zaid and Priya, and the project team.

Fresh angles of our Akakura Superlot project in Peacocke.

Designed alongside Signature Homes and Urban Homes, these 2.5- and 3-bedroom terraced homes combine compact density with a well-considered urban layout and strong connections between homes and shared spaces.

The entire layout was originally designed around a mature tree, which was unfortunately lost in a storm just before completion.

The project received a 2025 ADNZ Waikato and Bay of Plenty Regional ‘Multi-Unit Housing’ Commended Award.

A double win at the 2026 ADNZ Resene Architectural Design Awards.

This home received two Regional Awards:

• Home Interiors
• New Home up to 150m²

Designed for ageing in place, the new home sits alongside the original house, which was retained following subdivision of the site. Its design responds carefully to the established park-side setting, creating warm, light-filled spaces with strong connections between indoors and out.

Commended Award for our Killarney Development!

The ADNZ Waikato & Bay of Plenty judges loved how this project "balances density with amenity" around a shared living laneway. Proud of our team for designing a space that brings a true neighbourhood feel to the streetscape. Huge thanks to our partners for helping us bring this vision to life!
