Raw land. Realised vision.
As architects, we can often see the beginnings of a home where someone else sees a steep cliff or empty paddock. We think about the light, the contours, the shelter and how life could unfold there. I suspect we sometimes take that ability for granted.
We created Land Stage to bring that thinking into the conversation earlier, while land is being prepared for sale or a purchaser is still considering what might be possible.
Through bespoke architectural concepts, plans, visualisations and films, we help landowners, agents and developers show how a property could be inhabited. We also work with prospective purchasers to explore ideas discreetly before they commit.
It is the same architectural care we bring to our work at Day Architects, applied to a different decision. Our full residential service develops a home with you through design, documentation and construction. Land Stage provides a focused architectural study to help you understand, present or assess the land before that longer journey begins.
The concept gives people something considered to respond to, with the site’s opportunities and constraints informing the design. If the project proceeds, it can become the starting point for further development with Day Architects.
