Dismantle and removal of x 11 Washingtonian palms - Before/during/after 🌴✅

07/09/2026

We removed a dead fallen Pine tree from an embankment and opened up a beautiful water view 🙌 There was a lot of chipping here...we actually ran the chipper out of diesel on this one! Aaagh 😩🤭

Storm Alert - Cyclone Vaianu
Cyclone Vaianu is currently making its way towards New Zealand and is expected to reach us from Saturday night, bringing heavy rain and strong winds.
With conditions like this, the risk of trees becoming unstable or hazardous increases significantly - especially in already weakened or exposed areas.
The extent of what will reach Auckland is not yet clear, but it's always best to be prepared.
I will have a crew on-call throughout the weekend to respond quickly if needed.
We're available for:
-Fallen trees
-Blocked driveways or accessways
-Hazardous or leaning trees

If you have any concerns about trees around your property, don't wait until it becomes a problem -please get in touch.
Give us a call anytime on 022 3064015
Stay safe everyone!

A nice update on the Pittosporums our wonderful clients planted in the gap after we removed the dead Griselinias last year 🌳 This is 9 months growth and we think it's looking great! 💯 We really do have the best clients and appreciate all the ongoing support 😊

Nice way to wrap up the year for the team climbing around this beautiful old tree! 🌳Today performing a general tidy and canopy inspection, with outer canopy weight reduction where required 🌿
Best wishes for a very merry Christmas and start to 2026 to everyone that supports and engages us to keep doing what we love! 🎄

Great team effort on this job from a few weeks ago before all this crazy weather, with 6 more outgrown palms sectionally dismantled safely with our Hiab and highly experienced operator!

Nice cold Winter's day job for the team removing these scrappy old Wattles and Gums before further high winds cause more trees to topple over! We left the site ready for stump grinding, with a quick scrape over to prepare for reseeding and planting 🌿🌳

A lovely photo of replanting and wonderful feedback we received from some of our amazing clients after a recent job we carried out for them:
🌳"The guys do a super job and it's a pleasure to get them to do our tree work.
We planted 3 little Pittosporums in the gap made by the removal of the dead Griselinias"🌳
Thank you both again for your continued support of A to Tree Services! 🙂

Happy new year everyone (sorry it's a little late!), but here we are already well back into it with our amazing team of climbing Arborists, with trucks and chippers to accommodate all sites.
Contact us while the weather is better and before we head into the stormy season to sort out any scraggly or dubious looking trees 🌳
We can provide you with a free quote or general advice, or both!
