Shower Restoration – Before & After 🚿✨

Some before and after shots of a shower I’ve just restored — and what a transformation!

The old grout was extremely porous and, in places, wet or even missing. This allowed water to soak through behind the tiles. When tile adhesive becomes sodden, it can cause mineral deposits known as efflorescence to appear.

As part of this shower restoration, I:
• Restored and protected the shower glass
• Removed mineral deposits
• Polished the brown tiles to remove water staining
• Replaced all the shower base grout and some wall grout with Epoxy Grout
• Applied coloured sealer to the wall grout
• Replaced the silicone

The result speaks for itself — and most importantly, my customer was absolutely thrilled with the finished shower! 🙌

Another shower in pain brought back to looking its best.

Another "Shower In Pain" that I cured last week and brought back to New.

In this case I regrouted both the floor and walls with waterproof Epoxy Grout and replaced all of the silicone.

You probably know how shower water can build up on your glass over time if it isn’t dried after each shower. What many people don’t realise is that the same build-up also forms on your tiles — and on darker coloured tiles it can become very noticeable and unsightly.

The good news is I have the tools, products, and most importantly the patience to restore both your shower glass and tiles back to their best.

I’ll always be honest though — I do need to inspect and test the glass and/or tiles first, as in some cases the damage may be beyond restoration.
