Listen first, work to the community’s timeframe, deliver what you promised. That’s the approach behind every project we take on with iwi, including local contractors and suppliers wherever we can. It’s not just building a home and leaving, it’s about the build benefiting the people it’s for.

The crane lifts it, our team lines it up, and it gets fixed permanently to the piles below. Piles set at exactly the right height beforehand, barely any earthworks, and good ventilation underneath for services. Once it’s down, it’s as solid as anything built on site.

Warm and quiet before the heating's even on, that's the panels doing their job. An open kitchen and living area, two proper bedrooms, and level, wide doorways that work for walking frames and wheelchairs too. Built the same way as any home, just faster and more consistent.

Delivery starts in the factory, not on the truck. While your site's being prepared, we're already building indoors, rain or shine, checked at every stage before it leaves. Then it's craned into place and fixed to the piles, quieter and faster than a traditional build.

One panel, doing the work of two building systems. Structural skins bonded to an EPS insulation core, so there's no gaps like you'd get from timber framing. The result: a home that's airtight, warm in winter, cool in summer, and cheaper to heat.

Every home starts here, on our factory floor in Cambridge. No rain delays, no wind stoppages, just structure, insulation, linings, and fit-out, checked at every stage before it moves on. The result: fewer surprises, less waste, and a home that's finished before it even leaves the building.

SIP panels or a finished home, it all comes off the same line. Built in our Cambridge factory with the same quality checks, every time. From post-flood cabins to affordable rental housing, one system, built for very different needs.

Most builders pick a SIP supplier based on price and delivery time, then find out too late that the paperwork wasn't there when they needed it. A proper BPIR, independent lab testing, and clear warranty conditions aren't optional extras. They're what protects you when council asks questions or something goes wrong on site.

This video breaks down the 3 questions that separate a compliant supplier from one that's just moving panels. Ask them before you sign, not after your consent gets held up. Curious how Supersub stacks up against these? Link to our BPIR and design manual is below.

Never installed SIP panels before? is one of the biggest reasons builders hesitate to take on a project, but it's not the barrier most people think it is. Installation follows clear guidelines covering everything from base plate setup to panel sequencing, and while we do offer hands-on training for active or upcoming projects, it's not mandatory to get started.

The one detail that actually matters: the airtight seal always goes on the interior face, never the exterior, get that wrong and condensation gets trapped inside the panel over time. It's a small step with a big consequence, since it's also what keeps our 10-year warranty valid. Want your crew trained up, or just have questions about the process? Get in touch, link below.

Most people rule out SIP panels based on assumptions nobody's actually checked. Higher panel cost, fire risk, moisture, earthquake strength, we hear these objections constantly, and most of them don't hold up against the actual technical data.

This carousel breaks down 6 common myths with the facts straight from our certification and design documentation. Swipe through before you cross SIPs off your list for the wrong reasons. Got a myth we didn't cover? Drop it in the comments and we'll answer it directly.
