What a day! Thank you to everyone who came through the Residium Design and Build Day. ✨

It was genuinely lovely to spend time with so many of you, chat lighting, and connect with the other incredible brands and studios who share the space with us. The Duck Island ice cream was, frankly, a highlight we won’t be forgetting in a hurry. 🍦

Sometimes you just want colour. Really, genuinely, unapologetically bold colour. ✨

Hand-crafted in Italy using traditional ceramic techniques, the Lariat Pendant has a tactile, sculptural quality that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person. Each shade carries subtle individual variation as a natural result of the making process. Available in Short, Medium, and Long, the three lengths work together as a graduated cluster for something truly expressive, or beautifully on their own.

We simply can’t get enough of the Orb Pendant by Studio Enti, and neither can our customers. 😍

Handmade in pure Australian porcelain, the Orb produces a warm ambient glow with some directional light coming through the hand-carved opening. In White, the translucent body creates the most beautiful celestial effect, the light seeming to emanate from within the porcelain itself. In colour, it shifts to an opaque finish with a focused pool of light below. Either way, it’s quietly extraordinary.

Available in Small, Medium, and Large, across the full Studio Enti colour range of 28 shades, with four metal finish options. As a family of three sizes they have natural variance in translucency, and they work beautifully grouped together. 🤍

We often say that the right light finishes a room the way the right jewellery finishes an outfit. HausLights is the proof. ✨

HausLights is the lighting range of Hothaus glass studio founded by Amanda Dziedzic and Laurel Kohut and made entirely in their Melbourne workshop. Every piece is hand-blown in their own furnace, worked to order, one at a time. Colour is introduced during the blowing process itself, worked in from specially formulated glass rods rather than applied to the surface. It sits within the glass and holds its depth over time.

No two pieces are ever quite identical. The small variations in colour and form are part of the glass and part of the process, and that’s exactly what makes them special.

The Hashira Table Lamp by Audo Copenhagen is a new addition to the collection, and it fits right in. ✨

Designed by Norm Architects, the same field trip to traditional Japanese Washi papermakers that inspired the Hashira pendant and ceiling lamp is present here too. The slender cylindrical raw linen shade diffuses light both upward and downward, wrapping a room in warmth rather than directing it. The solid ash base grounds the whole thing quietly. A slide dimmer sits on the cord so you can adjust without hunting for a wall switch.

Because linen thickness varies slightly between pieces, each lamp carries its own subtle light quality. A small detail that makes it feel less like a product and more like an object. 🤍

It genuinely makes us happy every time one of these finds a new home. The Munari Collection by DCW éditions has been finding its way into some extraordinary spaces lately, and we couldn’t be more delighted. ✨

Designed by Lutz Pankow, the Munari is as much a kinetic sculpture as it is a light fitting. Slender steel rods radiate from a central hub, with polycarbonate spheres suspended at the ends, each one diffusing a warm 2400K glow. The cables cross between them to form a composition that shifts in appearance depending on where you stand. Extraordinary switched off. Even better switched on.

Available in six, eight, and ten sphere configurations, in Black or Gold, TRIAC dimmable as standard. The kind of piece that becomes the focal point of every room it enters. 🤍

We had to get a photo of this one before it went to its new home. The Soul Story 2 by DCW éditions is just too good not to share. ✨

Designed by Charles Kalpakian as part of his Soul series, this is as much a sculptural art piece as it is a wall light. The plaster form opens outward to reveal a domed interior that holds and diffuses a warm 2700K glow, and the shadow play it casts across a wall is something else entirely. This is the White with Gold Leaf version, and the gilded interior catches the backlight in a way that’s simply perfection. Look closely and you’ll spot the tiny metal figure sitting within the composition, Kalpakian’s recurring biographical detail across the collection.
