Not always easy to picture what's happening if you're not in the building trade, but this is where the transformation begins! 💪
We've completed a massive dig-out to make way for a new garage and retaining wall. Now the subfloor is coming together, and it's great to see the project starting to take shape.
Every stage is an important part of creating a solid foundation for what's to come. Stay tuned as we share the progress! 🏗️

🏡 Making the most of an opportunity!

While these homeowners were having earthquake repairs completed, they decided it was the perfect time to tackle a few renovations and upgrades.

With the work already underway, it made sense to refresh parts of their home and make some improvements at the same time. The result? A home that's not only fully repaired but also upgraded, refreshed, and looking like new. ⭐

Our team at Sinclair Builders worked closely with the owners to bring their ideas to life, and we're thrilled with the outcome.

If you're having repair work done, it could be the ideal time to include those extra projects you've been putting off!
