Totally inspired after today's visit to the Otokia Wetland. Huge admiration for community efforts such as these, and stoked to be in a position to support this project.

CAREX SALE!!

We're proud to be supporting the Otago regional finals of the Young Farmer of the Year Competition this weekend. To mark the occasion, we are offering 20% off the price of Carex secta, Carex virgata and Carex dissita for orders made by Tuesday 13 February.

Carex secta and Carex virgata are great for riparian planting - stablising banks, shading waterways and decreasing nutrient runoff. Carex dissita are gorgeous when planted en masse for landscaping.

Plants are grown in PB3 bags: they are big, healthy and ready to get in the ground.

I spent time over the weekend doing some infill planting in the wetland - plugging the gaps with these Carex secta. They're lovely and big, and the w**d growth has slowed, so I haven't had to use plant guards. What a bonus!

It's a great time to be planting out waterways, and this week we're offering 20% off Carex secta. Give us a call!
