Winners for three years running! 🏆⚽

Monday night saw this great team of Feisst Group players head out to Galloway Park for our third annual soccer match against Foster Group Limited, and the trophy stays with us for another year!

It was a cold night, but the competition and the banter were both running hot. Fosters brought a physical game and made us earn every bit of the 4-2 win, so there are a few sore shoulders and ankles around the office and on sites this week.

Best thing about this event? Seeing the Group come together, with players from all our businesses pulling together as one pretty formidable team 💪😁

We're celebrating these eight future leaders at Feisst Group! 🎉

Sitting with Jo from Everest - all about people, here are the graduates of our second Feisst Future Leaders programme. Over the past nine months, this crew have built their skills in leadership, communication, feedback, coaching and team dynamics, all while keeping things running on the tools, in the office or out on site.

To finish up, the group presented their Recognition Projects to the Feisst Group Board and Senior Leadership Team. They came up with some great ideas, and it was awesome to see how much confidence and capability they've built through the course.

Feisst GM Marcus Feisst said: "The standard of the presentations, and the discussion that followed, was high. Well done to everyone involved, and thanks to Jo from Everest, who led the course and did a great job.

"The challenge now sits with us as a business: to take what this group has put forward and implement it."

Future Leaders is now in its second year, and it's one of the ways we back our people to grow their careers here at Feisst. Well done, team. We can't wait to see what you do next! 👏

Here we are at Hamilton Girls' High School - proudly represented as a supporter of the School👏

For many years, we've supported the school's Gateway programme, giving students the opportunity to gain real-world experience and explore career pathways in the trades.

One of those students was current Feisst Electrical apprentice Lily-Mae (pictured alongside Feisst Electrical GM Phil Warner, Feisst Group Key Account Manager Sarah Green and GM Commercial Shanil Prasad). She's the first HGHS student to begin an apprenticeship with us.

"Lily-Mae really stood out during her Gateway placement with us. Her enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and positive attitude made a lasting impression on the team," says Feisst Electrical GM Phil Warner.

She's an outstanding example of why we value working with local schools.

What's next for Feisst and HGHS? We look forward to getting started on the school's new Performance, Health and Wellbeing Centre 🙌
