One of our standout rural North Island projects that moved through our detailed design & drafting team last year.

This project required bespoke construction detailing, close coordination, and ongoing communication with Kelvin Lalich Builders Ltd on site to work through the complexity and bring the design together.

This 5-bedroom home combines Megaform block, structural steel, and a carefully layered material palette of corten steel, tile, and standing seam Colorsteel cladding.

A real treat to work on and a real challenge too. Exactly the kind of project we enjoy taking on in our office. Well done to the KLB team for their hard work on this one.

This drafting project, producing shop drawings for a concrete stair which has curves that mimic the golden ratio & also has frameless glass, was a real challenge and a treat to undertake.

But projects like this can only ever be a dream without a competent building crew. Best of luck with the pour to the team at Kelvin Lalich Builders Ltd.
