Just a few of my favourite things 💫 (And yes, my new Jen Sievers piece officially takes top spot).

The texture story of 300 Rosetta Road 🐚

Capturing the details that make a space feel truly considered. Soft green tongue & groove wall paneling, scalloped feature paneling in the master bedroom, light timber tones, and the rich depth of loop pile Jacobsen carpet.

A beautifully muted, coastal palette designed to calm the senses.

📍 First Open Home this Sunday. See how these details come together in the full space over at SoldOn Kāpiti

Watching the wild weather roll in over the coast today. 🥶⛈️ It might be a horrible day outside, but I would still never get sick of these views!

On site today checking in on my customer’s beautiful Paekakariki renovation and we are almost at the finish line! 🏁✨

Doesn’t this bathroom just make you feel like a Friday evening bubble bath, wine, and a good book? 🛁🍷📖

Every design element was intentionally chosen to create that exact mood. From the fluted textures, raw concrete, and mosaic tiles, to the organic shapes, brushed nickel tapware, and warm mood lighting. A true sensory sanctuary that feels just as good as it looks. ✨
