A Grey Lynn classic, thoughtfully reimagined.
We opened up the old bungalow with a new gabled roof, playful colour, and light-filled spaces, then finished it off with a lush outdoor living space and plunge pool. A bright, modern city retreat with plenty of personality.

Stairs That Elevate Your Space ✨
Our stair designs do more than just connect floors - they make a statement. Whether they’re the centerpiece on arrival or cleverly integrated into spaces like kitchens, laundries, or display areas, every staircase we create is tailored to enhance the home’s style and functionality.

With materials like timber, steel, bold blacks, or airy finishes - and integrated lighting for added impact - the possibilities are endless.

We design outdoor spaces as an extension of the home - thoughtfully integrated to complement the architecture and the way our clients live.
From outdoor entertaining areas and swimming pools to hard landscaping and entryways, these spaces are designed to make the most of Auckland’s mixed climate, allowing outdoor living to be enjoyed year-round.
We work closely with landscape designers to ensure planting is well suited to the local climate and carefully considered to complement the design of each home.

A modest 1950s single‑level home became a generous two‑storey family house with views to One Tree Hill and the city. The new upper level adds three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the ground floor now includes improved living spaces, a media room, home office, and a new outdoor living area with a pool - making full use of a previously underutilised garden.

We’re not afraid to use colour. When it’s placed thoughtfully within the architecture, it creates warmth, identity, and a home that feels truly personal.

In our Grey Lynn bunglow our client chose soft blues and greens, with accents of pink and bright royal blue to create a fresh and fun interior.

A full wall of panelled cabinetry keeps this compact bedroom calm and uncluttered - and it does more than you think. Behind one of the doors is a concealed ensuite lined with soft pink tiles, proving that thoughtful design can make small spaces feel generous, functional, and beautifully resolved.

The new gabled extension opens this Grey Lynn bungalow to its compact urban garden, creating a stronger connection between inside and out. Terraced decking, layered planting, built‑in seating, and a small plunge pool turn a tight footprint into a calm, generous outdoor retreat.
