Meet Kate.

Senior Architectural Technician with a long history across a wide range of projects, from residential to multi-level commercial.

Kate is at her best when she's problem solving, thriving on 'nutting out' the tricky details and turning tough challenges into workable solutions. She believes it's a real privilege to be part of a team that evolves people's ideas and dreams into valuable and beautiful built outcomes.

Outside of work, she splits her time between family and friends, and plenty of outdoor fun with her horses and young dog Boz.

MISSION HILLS | 269.4 m²

A home defined by curved detailing and considered contrast, where bold stonework meets warm timber to create quiet architectural drama.

Designed with modern Art Deco influence, the layout opens into expansive, light-filled living spaces that flow seamlessly outdoors. An entertainer's kitchen and walk-in scullery anchor the plan, while the Bay's natural landscape shapes every orientation and outlook.

The result is a home that feels curved, coastal and quietly considered.

Award winner: Regional & National Finalist awards at the 2025 ADNZ Resene Architectural Design Awards, Bay of Plenty.

A simple storage brief transformed into a considered piece of architecture for our Golf Shed for Arvida Group’s Bethlehem Shores ‘Riverside’. Western red cedar battens, schist stone and a gabled screened form create a structure that responds naturally to its surroundings, with solar charging for six golf carts adding a practical, sustainable touch.
A small structure, built with the same care as the homes it sits among.

Meet Jamie-Lee.

Lead Architectural Technician with over 10 years of experience in the company, a background in mid to high-end residential, and a sharp eye for detail that shows in every project she touches.

Jamie-Lee is at her best in the technical and construction phases, producing detailed documentation, coordinating with consultants, and resolving on-site challenges to turn design intent into buildable reality. Thorough, methodical, and genuinely passionate about getting it right.

Outside of work, she enjoys a good gym session, slow days with friends and whānau, and finding little joys around the city.

It's all in the details.
The finishes, the lines, the design.

The subtle moments that quietly elevate a home.

Which detail would you choose?

12/08/2026

Design is more than a floor plan.

This is the selection stage - where a design stops being lines on a page and starts becoming a home.

Lighting, texture, colour, materiality. All working together before a single foundation is poured.

And it's one of our favourites.

THE FAIRWAYS | 251 m²

A home shaped by bold geometric forms and carefully considered proportions. Deep roof planes create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow while maintaining a calm, understated presence.

Designed around a private courtyard, the layout balances openness with retreat, capturing northern light and framing uninterrupted golf course views. The result is a home that feels sculptural, refined and deeply connected to its landscape.
