Retail Shop Staff – On All Floors - Tile Warehouse Whakatāne
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused person to join our team at the Tile Warehouse Whakatāne store.
Experience in tiling, flooring, or interior design would be preferred, although we are also interested in hearing from people with strong retail and customer service experience.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $30–$35 per hour depending on your skills, experience, and level of expertise.
The role will include:
Front-of-shop customer service and sales
General administration and office duties
Ordering products for customers and maintaining stock
Measuring areas and preparing quotes
Preparing and following up on customer quotations
Invoicing and processing orders
Assisting customers with product selection and providing practical advice
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised, confident dealing with customers, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
