خلّنا نسوي سمك مشوي.
أحب طبخ الأشياء الكبيرة في الجبل. فيه شيء ممتع ومثير جدًا في التجربة نفسها.
حتى لو نسينا النتيجة الرائعة ونكهة الفحم، مجرد طبخ سمكة كبيرة، والاستمتاع بكل خطوة مع عائلتي، ثم رؤية انبهارهم بالنتيجة في النهاية — هذا بحد ذاته شيء مميز.
التجربة، الانتظار، والنتيجة في النهاية… هذه واحدة من طرق الطبخ المفضلة عندي.

I love cooking big things in Al Jabal. There’s something really rewarding and exciting about the whole experience.
Even if you take away the amazing results and that charcoal flavour, just cooking a big fish, enjoying the whole process with my family, and then seeing their reaction when I reveal the final result is exciting in itself.
The process, the anticipation, and the final reveal — it’s one of my favourite ways to cook.
