Apparently, fall at Loczi looks like a perfectly worn leather chair, a glass of red w**e, and something simmering on the stove.

We asked our team to choose the colors they’re most drawn to this season. The result? Earthy neutrals, moody greens, dusty blues, golden ochres, and plenty of rich, w**e-inspired reds.
Together, they make up the Loczi Fall Color Edit for 2026 - a palette that feels warm, layered, and just unexpected enough.

Fourteen years, one shared vision, and a whole lot of laughs.
Somewhere along the way, Mike and Catrina went from colleagues to helping build Loczi alongside founder Paige Loczi, to becoming its new owners and, most importantly, the closest of friends.

At the beginning of 2025, they officially stepped into ownership together, beginning an exciting new chapter for the company they had already dedicated so much of themselves to building.

For this photoshoot, we captured them in the custom breakfast bar area of one of our newest projects - a fitting backdrop for the pair now leading Loczi into its next chapter.

Together, they’ve survived a million events, countless projects, plenty of travel, and a LOT of laughs.

Kitchens have a lot of moving parts, which makes the journey from concept to finished space especially fun to look back on.

The mood board sets the direction for materials, color and overall feel, while our drawings work through the more technical side: layout, cabinetry, function and all those little details that have to come together.

And finally, the finished kitchen. It’s always fun to see how much of that original thinking makes it all the way through.

We had such a great meeting with SICIS recently and got a closer look at just how much they do.

Their incredible custom mosaics can turn virtually any image into tile, but they also create furniture, lighting, glass, and beautiful bathroom pieces. The range of materials, color and craftsmanship is kind of amazing.

So much to play with, and definitely a few things we’re already dreaming about using.

Trove, over the years.

One of the things we love most about Trove is how easily their patterns move between completely different styles of architecture.

We’ve used them everywhere from the curved walls of a Victorian turret to a hyper-modern San Francisco home, and somehow, they always find their place.

Different architecture, different moods, and a lot of beautiful Trove along the way.

Design Crush: Trove

Some wallpapers decorate a room. Trove changes the whole conversation.

Their patterns are bold, artistic, a little unexpected and always inspiring. We love the way they play with scale, movement and nature, and we find ourselves reaching for their collection again and again.

Basically, if there’s an opportunity to use Trove, we’re probably going to take it.

And we have the projects to prove it. Stay tuned for a look back at some of the ways we’ve used Trove in our work over the years.

A little peek into how a living room comes together.

Early in the process, we use mood boards to explore the feeling, color, materials and overall direction of the space. From there, floor plans and elevations help us work through layout, scale and all the details before anything gets built or ordered.

Then comes the really fun part: seeing those early ideas become the room we imagined.

Mood board → drawings → reality.
