IMPORTANT REMINDER
To all our valued customers, especially our newbie Aglaonema collectors, please remember that newly arrived plants need proper care and adjustment after a long journey. Whether your plants traveled for 3, 5, or even 7 days, they may experience transit stress, dehydration, drooping leaves, or yellowing. Don't panic! This is why proper acclimatization is very important.
HERE'S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PLANTS:
🌿 1. Unpack immediately. Remove the packaging and allow your plants to breathe. Don't leave them inside the box.
🌿 2. Inspect your plants. Check the leaves, stems, and roots. Remove rotten or mushy roots using clean, sterilized scissors.
🌿 3. Rehydrate if necessary. If the roots are dry, briefly soak them in clean water for around 15–30 minutes. Avoid soaking rotten roots.
🌿 4. Pot using a well-draining medium. Use a suitable, airy mixture that allows roots to breathe. Avoid compact and waterlogged soil.
🌿 5. Place in a shaded area. Keep your newly potted plants in a bright, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
🌿 6. Water properly. Don't overwater! Check the moisture of your potting medium before watering again.
🌿 7. Avoid immediate fertilization. Give your plants time to recover before applying fertilizers or concentrated supplements.
🌿 8. Be patient! Allow at least 1–2 weeks of acclimatization, depending on the condition of your plants. Some may need more time to fully recover.

𝐀 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐁𝐈𝐄𝐒:
✅️ Don't expect your plants to look perfect immediately after unpacking.
✅️ Some leaves may turn yellow or droop because of transportation stress.
✅️ Don't expose them immediately to sunlight just because they came from a garden.
✅️ Don't keep changing their location or potting medium while they're recovering.
Remember, a healthy Aglaonema starts with healthy roots! Focus on root recovery first, and the beautiful leaves will follow.
