Swoosh~🍃 Another day, another Knife!
Bunka👀🔥🔪

We got a hands on one of the known brands in making handforged knives, Tosa Hamono! And this one is made by Daimon大門! Tosa specializes in Jiyu-Tanzo or Free Forging Method, meaning it is done by hand by their remarkable blacksmiths! Not just a mass produced knife😄. They mainly use High Carbon Steels like Aogami or Shirogami, soft iron for clad. The Bunka is thinned and put a classic Rosewood-Ebony Octa Handle on it. Not sure if the Core Steel is Aogami/Shirogami, but this one behaves like an Aogami. Nonetheless, I’ll just label it as HCS (High Carbon Steel). Nice and sharp, ready to dice! 🔥🔪
