𝑷𝑹𝑶𝑱𝑬𝑪𝑻: 𝑰𝒄𝒐𝒚 𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒆𝒄𝒌 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 🏙️✨
From a laundry drying area to a high-utility urban escape.

We are pleased to share the 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 of this humble-scale renovation located in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu.

The challenge? Transforming a compact, underutilized service area into a premium lifestyle "retreat" while maintaining an open, airy feel.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀:
✅ 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: A seamless indoor-outdoor flow between the "Work & Chill" hub and the "Active Deck".
✅ 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲: Warm timber decking contrasted with rugged stone cladding and sleek black-framed glazing for a modern-organic vibe.
✅ 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧: Wide sliding glass doors and louvered windows ensure natural cross-ventilation, keeping the indoor lounge cool even in the Cebu heat.
✅ 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: An integrated kitchenette and workstation make this the perfect "Third Space" for remote work or weekend HIIT sessions.
