🚨 APPROVED NA ANG PLANS. MAY PERMITS NA. PERO HINDI KAYA NG BUDGET ANG BAHAY!

Imagine this: Your dream house has approved plans and permits. Ready ka na sanang magpa-build, only to discover na ang estimated construction cost ay ₱8 MILLION — pero ang actual budget mo ay ₱3 MILLION lang. 😰

That's a ₱5 MILLION gap. And that's not a small adjustment!

Sadly, this is a situation homeowners may face when the budget isn't properly considered during the design phase.

Before spending on construction materials, labor, or house plans, take time to:
