We are thrilled to share the massive transformation of this Calista House Model in Sabella, Brgy. Panungyanan, General Trias, Cavite! By comparing it to the before photo, you can truly see the scale of the changes and the attention to detail in every corner. For this project, we maximized all available spaces allowed for renovation while strictly following building code standards to ensure safety, functionality, and full compliance.

🛠️ Key Renovations and Upgrades:

🛜 Curb Appeal and Security: The most striking change is the complete overhaul of the exterior facade, featuring a sleek, modern horizontal-slat fence and a matching pedestrian gate that provide privacy and a great first impression.

🪵 Upgraded Details: Enhanced with a richer, darker wood-grain finish on both the ground-floor slatted screen and the upper-level louvers, making them stand out against the light-colored facade.

🌿 Lanai & Roofing Upgrades: We converted the supposed garden space into a functional lanai area featuring a stylish wooden deck platform surrounded by gravel, complete with an installed polycarbonate roofing on a tubular steel iron frame, finished in a painted brown coating for durable weather protection.

🚗 Tile Setting & Drainage: Expertly installed tile setting on both the garage and balcony, elevating the durability and aesthetics of these high-traffic areas. We also installed a dedicated garage drain to ensure efficient water runoff and proper maintenance.

🪜 Enhanced Balcony: The upper balcony features modern stainless steel posts with clear glass railings, ensuring safety without blocking the view while giving the facade a more expansive feel.

💡 Ceiling and Lighting: The carport and balcony ceilings were fitted with clean soffits and modern recessed LED pot lights, alongside a stylish ceiling fan on the balcony for added comfort.
