Behind MANAROโs projects is Johndell Manalo , ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ฟ, who continues to personally lead our fabrication and installation work. As our team grows, siya rin mismo ang nagtuturo ng standards na ginagamit namin sa actual projects.
Because for us, adding people shouldnโt simply mean ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ.
It should mean building a team that understands why measurements matter, why materials need to be handled properly, why small details need to be checked, and why โ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ป๐ฎโ ๐ถ๐๐ปโ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐ด๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ด๐ต.
We also believe that training doesnโt stop once someone already knows the job.
