Architect Sean's take on hate comments: don't fight it, film it. From "sa tingin mo proud ka diyan" to a whole clip proving otherwise — the bashers basically did the work for him. 😂

Moral of the story? Pag may proof, wala nang laban. 🙅‍♂️

₱1M project. 5 days after graduation. No cost-estimating experience.

She said yes anyway.

Roxanne Roxas didn't know how to do a cost estimate, and she had to ask what a drill bit was. She manifested her first client right after graduating, then learned the job by asking engineers and kuya carpenters. Years later came the hard part: going bankrupt at 26, and later losing 7 to 8 digits in business. She kept building.

Today she's the CEO and Senior Designer of Rox Interiors, a design-and-build firm where she's both the designer and the licensed contractor, with 10 years in the industry.
