OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE & DISCLAIMER
This is to formally inform all clients, suppliers, contractors, business partners, and the general public that Mr. Norberto Ibasco (Betong) is no longer affiliated with, connected to, or authorized to represent Bataan Carpentry in any manner or capacity.
Effective immediately, Bataan Carpentry shall not be held responsible or liable for any transaction, agreement, representation, commitment, collection, project, or undertaking made by Mr. Norberto Ibasco without the express authorization of Bataan Carpentry.
Any person or entity transacting with Mr. Norberto Ibasco is advised to independently verify and confirm directly with the official representatives of Bataan Carpentry whether such transaction or representation is legitimate and authorized.
For clarity, any act, transaction, or undertaking involving Mr. Norberto Ibasco shall not be considered a transaction or undertaking of Bataan Carpentry unless expressly confirmed and authorized by the management of Bataan Carpentry.
This notice is issued to avoid confusion, protect our clients and business partners, and clearly establish that Bataan Carpentry has no involvement or responsibility for any unauthorized activities or representations made by the aforementioned individual.
For official inquiries and transactions, please communicate directly through the official channels of Bataan Carpentry.
