🏗️ AFTERNOON SITE VISIT 🏗️

Productive afternoon site visit at La Aldea Del Monte, Pueblo De Oro, Sto. Tomas, Batangas to discuss the upcoming renovation works with the client.

Project Scope:
✅ Removal and replacement of the existing roofing system
✅ Fabrication and installation of a new stainless steel inside gutter
✅ Installation of wall capping and flashing for enhanced weather protection and leak prevention
✅ Removal of the existing ceiling and installation of a modern ceiling design with cove lighting
✅ Surface preparation and complete painting works for all affected areas
✅ Final site cleaning and proper disposal of construction debris upon project completion
