Una ng naipanalo ng LPGMA Partylist ang Batas na RA11592 o LPG LAW na naibalik sa regulasyon ang LPG Industry ng pirmahan ito ni Dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte noong 2021. Hangad ng Batas na ito ang kaligtasan ng bawat tahanan at matigil ang pandaraya sa mga consumers na gumagamit ng LPG.

Nakumpiska ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) ang P25-milyong halaga ng ilegal na liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders sa Sta. Quiteria, Caloocan noong Biyernes, Feb. 14.

Kasunod ito ng search warrant na inisyu ng Caloocan court para sa hindi awtorisadong pagbebenta ng naturang petroleum products, ayon kay CIDG chief Maj. Gen. Nicolas Torre III.

Walong empleyado sa nasabing LPG refilling station ang naaresto. Wala namang humarap na may-ari sa mga awtoridad.

Nasabat din ng mga awtoridad ang ilang filling scales, hoses, nozzles, at trucks na ginagamit sa illegal refilling.

Mahaharap ang mga suspek sa ilang kasong paglabag sa Batas Pambansa 33 o ang "Act defining and penalizing certain prohibiting acts inimical to the public interest and national security" at ang LPG Industry Regulation Act.
